Sometimes, the only way to truly present an idea or to get your audience’s attention is through movement. The educational value of a well constructed animation adds a new dimension to learning and how we understand. Think video, think web, think simulations - consider animation as another way to explore and explain in a new and exciting way.

Many people find it useful to have a discovery meeting in the grant development phase. After the discovery meeting, when you are ready to begin production, a project team is formed and the development process begins with a detail oriented pre-production meeting.

Our talented producers can assist you with instructional design. They write engaging scripts that help outline the dialogue and action for video and multimedia production. This process may include storyboards for animation or other visual sequences. Storyboards express everything that will be seen, heard or experienced by the end-user. They are more than a way to test concepts but are short of the final product specifications.

After brainstorming, the next step in the design process is to create one or more of the following—storyboards, design samples, mock-ups, and/or models. Visual concepts happens before the actual production begins. Strong concepts with client feedback and approval provide the cohesive themes that carry through the entire production process. Colors, overall tone, types of imagery will all build on these initial designs. For web, visual concepts allow for more accurate prototype testing. For print they provide the necessary details for estimating overall printing costs & streamline production. For video, they help to organize shots and enhance the script. At this stage, the goal is to lock in the style and themes so that production can occur more efficiently.

We have professional design staff to provide innovative and creative solutions for your needs. Visual design is art direction, design treatments and visual element design all rolled into one.
